In my late 20s I developed a series of debilitating health issues including arthritis, anxiety, depression, horrible allergies, disfiguring eczema, and Crohn’s Disease. Through years of self-education, radical ownership of my own health, and the discovery of homeopathy, I am now enjoying vibrant health, and no longer suffering from any of my previous conditions.

After experiencing first-hand how incredibly gentle and effective homeopathy is, I became passionate about helping others regain health and a quality of life they never thought possible again.

My early professional career included a fun stint in the U.S. Navy where I served as a news anchor, travel show host, and classic rock radio deejay. I formalized my education with a Bachelor’s degree from Regent University in Communications before homeopathy took hold of my heart. In 2021 I began a rigorous program at The Academy of Homeopathy Education to become a certified homeopath.

I currently live in Virginia with my husband of 20 years and our two daughters. When my nose isn’t in a homeopathy book, I love hiking in the mountains, going to the beach with my family, singing, and cooking great food.
