Policies

  • Cancellations & No-Shows

If you need to cancel or reschedule, 24 hour notice is required to avoid a late cancellation fee. Your first late cancellation will be billed at 50% of the service fee. Subsequent late cancellations will result in a full service charge. Late arrivals over 10 minutes and no-call/no-shows will be billed at the full rate of service. Genuine emergencies do happen, and exceptions to this policy will be considered at my discretion.

  • Sending Photos

Please use the HIPAA-compliant client portal messaging system if you want to send me photos of your condition. Please use good judgment when sending photos of your kids and crop or black out any genital, anal, or buttock area.

  • Communication

The client portal will be used for all client communications to maintain HIPAA compliance and information security. Avoid discussing health, scheduling, or homeopathic care via text or email, even if we know each other personally. Please do not expect communication from me outside of business hours. I do my best to respond promptly, but sometimes may take up to 48 hours.

  • Urgent Medical Matters

Ensure you have a plan for urgent medical needs. Don't wait for my response if it's urgent – time is crucial in these situations. If I advise urgent medical care and you decline to seek it, I reserve the right to discontinue homeopathic care.

  • Scope of Practice

While I have a lot of knowledge in many areas and may recommend other modalities and methods for you to look into, I do not make direct recommendations on anything other than your homeopathic care. I am happy to read over your lab work to add information to your case, but I do not interpret, analyze, or give my opinion on any sort of testing that you've had done.

  • Medical Oversight

Please stay in touch with your medical provider for guidance on health concerns and medications. If I notice any signs of higher risk, I may recommend seeking medical care instead of offering homeopathic advice. This ensures excellent, appropriate care, following best practices and minimizing risks for all involved.
